Guatemala Antigua SHB (Strictly Hard Bean)
Guatemala Antigua SHB (Strictly Hard Bean)
SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) is the term used to describe nutrient-dense beans grown in higher altitudes. The higher the elevation of growing, the slower the bean development which leads to more nutrients in the coffee beans.
Known for its complex flavor profile this coffee has a bright acidity and a surprisingly full body. Antigua is spicy and smoky with strong hints of chocolate and caramel. It's perfect for dark espresso roasts.
