Our fresh-roasted gourmet coffee is packaged in heat sealed air tight bags. Each bag is equipped with a one way degassing valve to optimize freshness by releasing the CO2 out of the bag while blocking air from getting in. Since this is so important, we package and seal our roasted coffee only minutes from the roaster, maintaining maximum aromatics.
